Individual therapy & ketamine
Individual Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Ketamine can temporarily change how you experience your thoughts, feelings, and sense of yourself. For some people, that creates a little distance from familiar worries or harsh self-criticism, and room to see things differently. Feelings that have been hard to reach may become more accessible. In KAP, we bring that experience into therapy, with preparation beforehand and time afterward to explore what it means for your life.
Request a ConsultationWhat is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy combines therapy with ketamine prescribed by a medical provider. We begin with what matters to you and what you want help with, whether that is painful patterns, difficult feelings, or experiences that have been hard to put into words.
People have found KAP helpful for
- Finding relief from depression and anxious thoughts
- Working through trauma and the ways it affects your life
- Making room for grief, loss, and complicated feelings
- Understanding family patterns you want to change
- Feeling more compassion and less criticism toward yourself
- Reconnecting with creativity, purpose, and the people you love
We go at your pace.
There is no particular experience you are supposed to have. We discuss your readiness, make space for uncertainty, and review the plan as we go.
How it works
Your Individual KAP Treatment Path
Consultation
We talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope might change, and whether KAP feels like a good fit. There is room for questions about the process, scheduling, and cost.
Consultation: $160 · 50 minutes.
Medical evaluation
A prescribing provider reviews your health history and medications and determines whether ketamine is medically appropriate for you. During prep, I help you coordinate with the medical provider we work with.
Medical evaluation: $250–$375 · 50 minutes (paid to prescriber).
Medication (ketamine lozenges): typically $80–$150 (paid to pharmacy). Ask your medical provider to confirm current costs.
Prep: Build a Foundation
We set intentions and talk about what you want to focus on. We make room for worries, explore what helps you feel supported, and plan for the session and getting home. This is also time for us to build a working relationship before the medicine sessions.
Preparation: $230 each · 50 minutes.
Minimum recommended: 3–6 sessions.
Your Individual KAP Sessions
I stay with you throughout the session, with space for your own experience and support when you need it. You may spend time resting with music or noticing feelings, memories, and sensations. You do not have to force an experience or find the right words. I’ll guide you through the process.
Individual KAP: $950 each · 180 minutes.
Minimum recommended: 3–6 sessions.
Integration and Ongoing Support
We talk about what came up and how it connects to your life. Together, we explore what you want to carry forward, whether that means understanding an old pattern, making space for grief, or responding to yourself and others differently.
Integration: $230 each · 50 minutes.
Minimum recommended: 3–6 sessions.
Healing is not linear. We make room for what comes up and adjust the plan together. Fees listed are per session.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can talk about what you need, your readiness, and whether this approach fits. If another kind of support makes more sense, we will talk about that too.
