Grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based work, I help uncover unconscious patterns and relational dynamics while integrating practical tools that support meaningful change. This approach fosters both deep self-reflection and the development of effective coping strategies. Simply put, I guide you in working simultaneously from the inside out and the outside in.
I work from a trauma‑informed lens, creating a space that feels inclusive, affirming, and—most importantly—safe.
